Our Approach to Shareholder Engagement

Shareholder Engagement at Prudential

In 2025, management and Board members engaged with shareholders who hold a majority of our shares. During these discussions, shareholders were encouraged to identify potential Board candidates and share feedback regarding the Company and issues described in the table below.

Shareholder Vote Incentive Program

Since the inception of our Vote Incentive Program, we have supported the planting of 912,000 trees. Our partnership with American Forests has contributed to forest restoration efforts in critical ecosystems across North America. This includes restoration of longleaf pine forests in Florida, protecting habitats of the red-cockaded woodpecker and gopher tortoise in Blackwater River State Forest. We've also supported post-wildfire restoration and recovery in California and Washington.
