Prudential Supplier Code of Conduct
and Terms of Engagement
Prudential is committed to conducting business in an honest and ethical manner with the highest standards of integrity and accountability in all countries in which we operate. We expect that our contractors, consultants, suppliers, and vendors (collectively, “Suppliers”) conduct themselves with this same level of honesty and integrity in the provision of all goods, services and business activities undertaken for the company.
Supplier’s Code of Conduct
Consistent with Prudential’s values, we expect our Suppliers to demonstrate their commitment to ethical, humane, socially responsible, and legally compliant business practices. This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Supplier Code”) sets forth these expectations for all Suppliers providing goods or services to Prudential. We expect our Suppliers to conduct their activities and operations in accordance with this Supplier Code, as well as our broader Terms of Engagement, and to maintain and enforce policies that support these values. Terms of Engagement
Vendors and their personnel (“You” or “Your” or “Supplier”) must comply with the Terms of Engagement listed (and linked) below. Your obligations in the Terms of Engagement are in addition to those contained in the agreements between Prudential and You. Failure to comply with the Terms of Engagement and the policies contained herein may result in termination of access to Prudential Systems or Your engagement with Prudential.
Also, Prudential counts on You to report problems such as unethical or illegal conduct, fraud, concerns about accounting or financial reporting or practices, breaches of vendor agreements, violations of the Vendor Terms of Engagement, and other problems. If You are aware of or reasonably suspect any such problems, You must report it to your Prudential contact or directly to Prudential Global Business Ethics & Integrity at 1-800-752-7024 or www.tnwinc.com/prudential. You should also contact Prudential Global Business Ethics & Integrity if, at any time, You believe the integrity of our procurement process is being compromised in any manner.
